Assistance for PostgreSQL is not considered as technical support for situations not related to FullTrust. Support does not include assistance in the definition or implementation of administrative procedures for the company where FullTrust will be used.
- The periods of duration of the technical support and free updates are not cumulative. In example, if you buy two FullTrust licenses with three months of support and updates, it doesn't mean that you will have six months of support and updates, you will get just three months.
- Technical support will be available only via e-mail from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:30, Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 (GMT -5). Answers are given based on priority and on a first come first serve basis. Each answer requires previous analysis and might request additional information from the user.
