| Q: When I add a product to the point of sale window the total is smaller than the one that should appear if I calculate the value of the product plus the taxes. |
Please from the main menu of FullTrust in the option "Options / tools" - "Country/business specific options" select the "Other" tab and verify that the checkbox: "POS: Calculate TAX/VAT on products sale margin" it is totally disabled. |

| Q: In FullTrust which the most efficient way to load the initial stock of products? |
| Without a doubt, the most efficient and quick way of establishing the initial stock of products is making an inventory adjustment (Menu - Inventory control - Inventory adjustments), in the all the products should be entered with its respective available stock. |

| Q: How secure is the order process? |
| The order process is protected via a secure connection so
that the data sent to the recipient can only be read by the recipient.
Important information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is
sent to the recipient securely via the Internet.
All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using
the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Our servers support SSL Version
3 and 168-bit Triple DES encryption. The RSA module and SSL sessions
feature 1024-bit encryption.
You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a closed padlock
in your browser window. If you do not see the padlock icon when you
enter our order process from the product vendor's Web site, then please
access the order form by right-clicking the link or button on the
vendor's page, and selecting 'Open in new window' from the options
displayed. The padlock will then be displayed on this page.
You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".

| Q: I interrupted my online order - has my data been saved? |
| No! Data that you enter during the order process will not be saved until you have clicked "Order" to submit your order. |

contractual partner, the vendor of the product.
These persons are legally and/or contractually obligated to use
this data only for the purposes of examining and fulfilling contracts
and providing technical support, if it is offered by the vendor. Use of
the data beyond these parameters is not permitted.
We assure you that your personal data will not be passed on to
third parties, sold, or rented, unless we have received your express
authorization to do so or are legally obligated to forward such data.
Your payment information will be treated as strictly
confidential and forwarded neither to third parties uninvolved in
payment processing, nor to the vendor, unless we are legally obligated
to do so.

| Q: I would like to use FullTrust in a three computer network environment. Do I need to purchase three different serial numbers? |
Yes,
when you purchase FullTrust you receive an individual serial number. This means
that if you want to run FullTrust simultaneously on more than one machine, you
will need to purchase as many licenses as computers running FullTrust you intend
to have. |

| Q: Can FullTrust manage more than one tax rate? Is there a way to know how much has been sold for each tax rate? |
| Yes, in FullTrust you can assign tax rates at product level and at the end of the day you can generate the necessary reports to know how much of the sales correspond to each tax rate/type. |
